Do you provide delivery?
We take care of everything for our customers. Your shipping is all on us! *Please note we currently only provide free shipping for customers resident in Australia, New Zealand and US. For shipping to other regions, please email us for more information. Our delivery time varies from 5 to 10 business days depend on your region. We will notify you about the delivery status. You can also contact us using our online forms.
What is your cancellation & returns policy?
Once you've placed an order, you won’t be able to make changes to what you have ordered but you will be able to change contact and delivery details within 24 hours by contacting us via email or contact form. If you need to return an item because it is faulty, we will not charge you for the return costs. We don't accept returns due to change of mind. Please email us your request to return, we will take care of the rest for you.
